I am always looking for supplements like Alpha-GPC. After much reading, I decided to try this product. I noticed a difference within 3 days! My thinking is clearer, I can recall names, dates etc., much faster, and now, I only need one a day to maintain this improvement. I have tried going without and within a few days the "fog" is back. Thankful for Swanson Brand price and quality!

So glad Swanson's switched to capsules from the previous chalky, crumbly, and large, whatever they were called. I used to hesitate to take the previous version but the capsules are not so threatening to swallow. Thanks Swanson for making my morning ritual easier.
