I love to have this all in a bundle. I do believe I can sleep throughout the night without waking better when I use these.
Swanson has been a great company for a long time

Swanson is the only company where you can get hard to find items, such as Apigenin. This product has many uses not just prostate health. It also keeps you calm and balanced.
Apigenin is a wonderful supplement with so many researched backed health benefits. I would prefer a higher dosage but at this price I'm happy with it.
The Apigenin most definitely put me in a calm mood, and helped me go to sleep on most nights. However, the Suntheanine (L-Theanine), and Magtein (Magnesium L-threonate) caused me to have weird dreams, or Nightmares. I don't think I'll buy this product again because it's too pricy and it caused me to have unpleasant dreams. Supplements effect everyone differently! The best thing to do is try it for yourself and see if it works out for you!
I haven't received it yet!!! I paid for fast shipping and I'm still waiting. When I called to ask why I haven't received it yet, I was told the shipping period starts from the time it is shipped, not the time it's ordered. That is very misleading and I'm very unhappy about this. I will not be ordering from you again.
while this product may be effective with others, I had no impact on prostate health whatsoever. More importantly, I experienced unpleasant "rim" or flash dreams immediately before awakening. I discontinued the product .
