Swanson Boswellia Serrata (Standardized) 200 Milligrams 120 Capsules

This is part of my daily regimen for joint and muscle health. Knees and shoulder have stayed healthy (60-something tennis player). I have also noticed the benefit when taking a couple of capsules before or after strenuous work out or early season over exertion. I recommend for anyone who loves sports.

I purchased this for my husband and waited for some kind of response as to if it helped him for not. He is a tough customer, so when one day he said, "it helped him." I was pleased. Make sure you purchase the standardized, you are assured of the potency.

Usually I took Zyflamend, but discovered this cheaper alternative.I usually take the Now Brand double strength Boswellia extract, but thought I'd give this a try. To get the same amount of extracts, I have to take 3 Swanson caps, so their price is about $3 more for every 90 capsules. Hope the effectiveness is worth the extra cost. Will update.

This herb has been used for ages by those who use/practice alternative healing. I have personally used it for a number of years, and many times could not find it locally or on the Internet at a price I could afford...until I found it at Swanson's. When used per label directions, I do not experience any untoward side-effects and it does not seem to interfere with any of my other medications or supplements. Does it work? I think my body is very used to having it. I recently stopped it for a week due to a new acute problem and really noticed the difference. I was able to re-start it and things seem to be heading back to my own unique level of "normal". I have to also say that the price and quality of Swanson's Boswellia Serrata surpasses all others that I have tried. I am not taking it now. There was a problem with getting just this Boswellia and then an argument that I ordered the wrong thing so this is what I ordered. So i sent everything back and do not have any of your product any longer. I have used your Curcurmin and Boswellia for two years or more, and really thought highly of it. Have recommended it to people too. But This incident made me unhappy and I bought a competitors Curcurmin and Boswellia. I have never used just the Boswellia alone. I see the mistake order is following me still as if I were using it. Sylvia
