Take first thing after waking instead of a protein meal
This is good overall for creating lean muscle mass. Finding that aging it is becoming a challenge to stay fit. This is one supplement with regular resistance training have created a younger fitter self. Of course eating better is essential but this supplement aids in recovery and better ability to put on lean muscle mass.

Less Fatigue better workouts!
If you are looking for a sound branch chain amino this one works. It has eased my muscle soreness and I feel less fatigued after a workout. It also has boosted my appetite. Look for BOGO deals and it is a great product at a great price!

This stuff is good
I hate to review a product too early but I will do my best. I began taking Branch Chain Amino Acids for testosterone. I'm not a body builder however I'm using it to raise testosterone naturally.Because this review is so soon I have only noticed so far, my muscles are not as sore after workouts and a tiny little difference in my stamina.

great product...but not for me
Branched-Chain Amino Acids gave me a boost during my marathon training. I noticed a definite improvement in my recovery after long runs. Unfortunately, I had an allergic reaction to it and ended up sending it back.FYI: After speaking to my doctor, I did some research and found out people with allergies tend to have some kind of side effect when taking BCAA.

At my age (79) it's hard to know anything for sure, but my strength does seem to be holding up pretty well, and I don't notice much decline if I miss my daily exercises for a few days and am able to recover in a few more.
