The is the calcium you want to be taking. Most efficient absorption. My bone density scans have been perfect. Got my 81 year old mother taking it too.

Great product at a great price. Do not need magnesium or vitamin d or e to absorb calcium. That is what sets this calcium apart from others.

Exactly the type/amount calcium I was looking for.
I wanted this to compliment my magnesium aspartate ratios. This works very well for me. I trust this supplement. Particularly nice during sales!

Not Calcium Aspartate Anhydrous
I thought from the glowing review done by another person that this was Calcium Aspartate Anhydrous but it is simply calcium aspartate. It seems to go right through me. I hope to give it away.
