I think they boost my system to avoid colds, etc.
I've been taking these - along with a few other 'berries' - for a few years now. I don't eat much fruit so these do the trick for me.

Black Raspberry Extract (BRE)
Real good material: I'm reading outside of Swanson's that this has a range of beneficial factors. Most of the local vitamin retailers don't have it yet. I take two "BRE" per day and I'm taking it along with two Black Cherry-Extract ("BCE") caps, and two Alfalfa-Extract ("AE") caps, also, per day and getting what I deem to be real good long-term results.

Great Products !
This is the best (Black Raspberry), it goes great with IP-6 also. Heard about this on Dr. Oz around 2011 and been taking ever since. You will find a clip about this product if you investigate for yourself. Great products

Super berry power!
It is a sense of well being taking these black raspberry caps especially when i only get to eat very few fresh black raspberries throughout the year.I love them!

I'm hoping for the same feeling of centeredness I got so long ago eating the actual berries.
I really haven't been taking the "Black Raspberry" supplement long enough to notice any positive changes. I remember eating black raspberries in the summer so long ago when I was a child in Kentucky and how much I loved the flavor and a feeling of centeredness they gave me.

The Black Raspberry Contains Maltodextrin
Didn't realize the Black Raspberry contained maltodextrin until I had already ordered a few bottles. This is the worst last ingredient any health supplement should contain.
