I researched this supplement for a few weeks and was impressed with a few studies on the benefit for cognitive health. I've had a stroke 5 years ago and I am on blood thinners (Xarealto to be specific 🙂) and I feel I the need to be very careful about supplements. Oh boy- was I pleasantly surprised 😯 I was feeling more focused within the week. It's not a MIRACLE, but it is very noticeable. Convenience of a capsule. Previously I made coffee fruit tea, drank it, then ate softened berries. I do feel that coffee fruit has helped my mental %26 cognitive health %26 memory. These capsules make it easier to obtain those benefits.

First and foremost, I am strongly affected by caffiene. In the morning, sometimes that's exactly what I'm looking for. Late in the day... and I'm not sleeping. So, when I need that afternoon boost, this, along with some other supplements, are a great go-to.

I have been using this coffee cherry product now for 1 year, and noticed a difference after about 3 weeks, It is my belief that everyone that uses this should collaborate their experience to verify if this product is genuinely helpful, and not a placebo. I appreciate that Swanson offers this at a reasonable price. there should be more studies to confirm this, if it is a legitimate help.
