I use Tribulus Fruit in combo with Swanson's Passion Maca Root, so I'm not sure if both are working or just one of them. But I will stay with this combo because I have experienced a significant difference rather quickly. This has definitely helped with my libido! Also looking for it to help with testosterone production.

I've used this product for a little under a month and so far have found that my drive and performance have both improved in the gym. Part of this I believe is the natural test support this product delivers. I will continue to use this via the extract form also available on this site starting next week.

However, not with these Full Spectrum Tribulus Fruit capsules. Even taking 3 and 4 at a time, I found no results to speak of.On the other hand, I did actually notice some positive effect from Swanson's other Tribulus product, the Extract Standardized to 45% Steroidal Saponins. That product I could recommend being worth a try; however, not this one.

The second bottle though seemed to have no effect whatsoever. A little puzzled, I bought a third -- which was also great. As was the fourth one.\nHedging my bets, I bought a large number of these -- my bad -- but every bottle I have since tried has been completely inert. Live and learn !! I have now given up on this item after trying it over a number of years and purchase only standardized extracts. Both the other two Swanson tribulus products are vastly superior to this one in terms of effects and especially consistency.\nIf you are looking for male libido help, get the MEGA TRIBULUS (SWP003); if you are looking for more energy and well-being, get the TT Extract (SWH179). There is some overlap in terms of effects but each one has distinct qualities. I do take them at higher than the recommended dosages (esp. the MEGA) but they still work out to a decent value overall.
