Swanson offers so many good herbs thar can be tuff to find sometimes and this is one of them.

I've used fenugreek in powder and capsule form for many years with only positive results. It is loaded with nutritional value. Not only does it give your body a pleasant odor, it also is a very healthy supplement that has given this person a positive experience in well being and health since I discovered it in 1960.

I don't remember why I was taking this. Maybe to help with hormonal balance or something. I don't know. However, I found an astounding a very useful use for fenugreek. It removes BO. I don't even need deodorant when I take it according to the recommended dosage on the bottle. It does make my smell different, but the difference is a good one. If you eat larger amounts of fenugreek it may make you smell like curry, but in small amounts like this, it's great deodorant (and you take it internally, which is nice). It does improve how I feel, too, I think, but that's not nearly as noticeable as the deodorizing effect.

I saw the benefits of this on you tube and was quite surprised how well it seems to work. It flushes fat, cholesterol, and glucose out of your system and you can really feel it work. It also has a pleasant flavor. Will definitely keep using this product.

I have been using "Testofen" for a few months with GREAT success, but the price was a bit high for me. So I decided to go with this much more affordable form of Fenugreek. This is definitely less potent and less effective than "Testofen". Although this Fenugreek Seed works, it's effects are mild compared to the very strong and obvious effects of Testofen.

It may be useful for seasoning food, but has done little to season my health. No noticeable, measurable effects on my vigor or linguine. It does, however, make your body odor smell like celery which I've heard is an aphrodisiac in some vegan communities.
