Swanson Bilberry Fruit 470 mg 100 Capsules

Just added these to my daily for help preventing Glaucoma because it runs in my family and my Grandmother was legally blind before she passed away. I have been taking Swanson products for years and they are one of the only sources of whole herbs. I don't care for extracts.

I have been using this Bilberry supplement for years. They are good for eyes. I pair it with Lutein, Zeaxanthin and Eyebright.

Bilberry is hard to find where we live, but thanks to Walmart we stay supplied. It is not only good for eyes, but also for the brain.

Helps with heavy use of screens. Other brands may offer higher dosage

Having used Bilberry for many years, I would recommend it to all concerned with eye health.It definitely improves night vision and because it is a fruit extract, it is perfectly safe for everyone.

I have found quite a quick response time after taking bilberry for my eyes. I have lots of floaters and weird cloud like formations that I see while in stores with fluorescent lights. My vision has become rather stressed and overall challenging. I have been taking bilberry along with their Lycopene for about 2 weeks now, once in the am and once in the pm before bed. My vision has improved, floaters lessened and the cloud like shapes are less troublesome, they are there, but are appearing to lessen, which is totally cool. So far, I'm pleased with the results.

I ordered this because my staple, “Bilberry Eyebright” has not been available from Swanson for a couple of months. Thus, I ordered and am using the plain bilberry, a good herb for vision. The price and dosage are a good value. I would rather have the combination, however.
