Quality product
I believe this helps keep my brain functioning as I get older. It's a good deal when you catch it on sale. Easy to swallow and I trust Swanson quality.

Like it.
A famous nutritionist that I follow recommended this for brain health. Up to 360 mg. a day. My husband had several concussions when he was younger and I think it helps his cognition.
