Swanson L-arginine 500 mg 200 Capsules

I take a number of supplements, so it's hard to know what is working best for me. Overall, at my age of 79, I've stayed reasonably healthy, working full-time, and haven't missed a single day of work in many years. My doctor has said that I'm an "inspiration" to him. The L-argenine supplement is for cardiovascular support, and since cardiovascular issues generally increase as we age, I feel that I'm doing my part by taking it. This supplement is convenient to take very reasonably priced.

I have been taking this product for quite some time. It does work very well but if you add a small amount of L Citrulline with it, the combination works much better. For me at least. I take 2000 mg of the L Arginine and 850 mg of the L Citrulline per day. Took me about a week to recognize results.

Getting this for my son in law. His doctor recommended it to go along with his heart supplement regimen. I wasn't aware that L-Arginine alone helped with the heart but am so glad to help out with what the doctor recommended. It's very inexpensive so I always purchase two so he never runs out.

I started taking various amino acids plus a multiple amino acid complex about 1986. They added something to my mood, energy and thinking that I seemed to require then and seems diminished any time I try to leave them off. I recently added arginine to see if I notice a difference. Maybe an increase in energy with this one.

When I was younger this amino was great for getting that "pump" when working out. Now that I'm middle aged, I'm happy to take it for improving my circulation and as a male tonic. You can really feel this amino going to work if you take it by itself. Swanson's brand is great too.

I can't tell what it does, but the price is right

i like the 200 capsule bottle at 500mg. I take over 550 capsules a month. Your price was reasonable competitive. Walmart was out of the Nature Valley 50 capsule bottle in twin pack (100 capsules) at $5.94 for over a month. BIG Problem: i ordered online 6 twin (50 count at 500mg packets at $35. . BUT only received 3 twin packs and when I inquired, only about $9. will be credited back to my mc card., This math just does not add/subtract correctly. Either ship the other 3 twin packs or refund $18
