Bad Labels
Swanson labeling is hard to read. White on yellow is not a good way to make a label. Ever hear of black on white? Also black lids are a poor choice. Maybe something more colorful? And some of the print is so tiny it is ridiculous. Vitamins good. Labeling pretty sad.

Red giseng is no more like it used to be, they display brown powder of giseng which people like me use to know to be effective but after you place your order and deliver you see white powder in the capsule instead of the original brown powder and this white powder capsule don't do anything, it reduces my energy. Why display brown powder capsule if you don't have it. I believe this should be investigated, they are ripping people off. My name is Stephen
