My wife and I have been taking two capsules daily for about four years because this combination works well. From time to time we have tried cheaper probiotics but we have always returned to this Swanson product. Family and friends thank you Swanson! :-)

Happy with the probiotic taking it twice daily and could tell the difference after a few days. I do not like yogurt so this is my alternative method. Swanson has such quick delivery, even when ordering on the weekends....thanks to all that do their jobs well.

I take this product everyday and the Soil Based Organisms one to provide my system the tools for defense for my immune system. Alittle research made me a believer of probiotics. All I know that if I get lazy and decide not to take for a few days my body reminds me to start taken again. Dont know the reason why but just does. Tried bumping up the suggested dose to get me off the ok feeling up to the great feeling but doesnt. Will try the best one Swansons sells Ultimate Probiotic Formula next time to see if I can get the feeling I have read and heard about. I guess it has the KYO Probiotic in it that is Awesome from what I heard. Will see as will try next time I order when I am done taking the ones I got now.

It is so easy to feel better using the probiotics that I received from Swanson. The product was just as good as some I have bought at twice the price & It was delivered very quickly.\nI will continue to purhase my supplements in this easy & efficient way. Thank you Swanson

This is agreat product and works very well. I would have given this 5 leaves all the way around, but I am concerned about one thing: Microcrystaline cellulose (plant fiber). I have been learning about hidden GMO's found in supplements. So, it would be very helpful to know what plant fiber(s) are used in your Microcrystaline cellulose.

All I can say is Probiotics is not for everyone. I used them for almost two weeks and they did fine until the 2nd week. Then I had this lower intestine eating away type of feeling. I can't blame this brand because I have tried other brands of Probiotics in the past and had the same results. It's almost like I get too many live organisms inside and it starts to counteract on me. So I can't give an honest opinion on Effectiveness, and satisfaction. I'm not giving a bad review just don't know.

I'm usually very satisfied with Swanson products and have taken other probiotics before. This one strangely does not do a thing for me. I have been taking it long enough to make that call,. Otherwise I do like Swanson products and will be ordering again, just not this specific one. I did call customer service on this and they graciously let me return it postage paid, issuing a credit. Now that's good service! Thank you Swanson.
