Happy with the probiotic taking it twice daily and could tell the difference after a few days. I do not like yogurt so this is my alternative method. Swanson has such quick delivery, even when ordering on the weekends....thanks to all that do their jobs well.

I have taken probiotics from several companies. Swanson has, by far, the best price and a very effective product. I have used one from another company that may give better results, but they are much more costly. Using the Swanson gives me great results making paying more for the other one not worthwhile.

I've tried several different types of probiotics but this is the one I keep coming back too.It may not always be the lowest price due to bogo deals but, for me, it works great! Some of the more expensive ones did not work as well for me and I discovered that I liked this one the very best.

GREAT Probiotic mix!!! This is by far one of the better probiotic pills at half the cost. We all know that probiotics are good for the gut, and this one delivers with a very high amount (1 billion), of Lactobacillus acidophilus, which is one of the better strains that you can take. Plus, the pills are DR or 'designed to be released' in the small intestines and not the stomach. Get these on BOGO and store the extra in the frig!

This is agreat product and works very well. I would have given this 5 leaves all the way around, but I am concerned about one thing: Microcrystaline cellulose (plant fiber). I have been learning about hidden GMO's found in supplements. So, it would be very helpful to know what plant fiber(s) are used in your Microcrystaline cellulose.

Who can say what is going on inside of me. i only know that before my bowel functioned on about a 4 or 5 day cycle. now it is at least every day if not every meal. i have used Pro Com for going on 3 years now. i like it very well, and it is a good value when compared to store brands.

I'm usually very satisfied with Swanson products and have taken other probiotics before. This one strangely does not do a thing for me. I have been taking it long enough to make that call,. Otherwise I do like Swanson products and will be ordering again, just not this specific one. I did call customer service on this and they graciously let me return it postage paid, issuing a credit. Now that's good service! Thank you Swanson.
