When I opened the bottle there was powdery suppliment all over like one of the capsules broke. I don't know how since the bottle wasn't damaged.

Not for me
Might've been just me, but it made me sick to my stomach and I ate something first. Thought it might have been an off day so I waited a few days and tried it again,exact same thing
