Excellent Supplement to aid with Sleep.
I like the quick shipping and delivery. The product works as described. I take it during the night to help with rest and sleep. I usually just take 1 capsule. I do not have any stomach discomfort even if I take it without food. I mainly purchased this to lower my subclinical Hyperthyroidism. I will know if it lowers the Thyroid Hormone when I get my labs drawn this coming July.
