Great Ginger Product & Benefits
Excellent source of Ginger Root. Been using Swansons GR for 8 yrs alongside Swanson Turmeric. Helps with stomach and helps me stay regular alongside of probiotic.

Full-Spectrum Ginger
You can't go wrong with a full-spectrum supplement. It has all the gingerols and good stuff. I noticed a difference the first day I took 2 of these with each of 2 meals. I'll be buying again. I trust Swansons that what the label says is what's in the capsule.

Ginger root has become more expensive to buy (just like everything else, I guess) - I appreciate the price point of Swanson's ginger supplement. I just wish they could get away from using so many subpar fillers in their house brands.

Great to keep in your purse for when you're out and about
I use this when I have any kind of digestive issue. Convenient when I'm not at home to drink my own homemade ginger tea. Like having ginger in a capsule to take with me on the go.
