I have macular degeneration the beginning of it I'm supposed to be taking the eye vitamins I can't remember their name it has Magnolia in it and I'm allergic so I cannot take that I have to take a lot of vitamin E zinc and I can't remember what else these vitamins have a lot of the nutrients I need in it plus I take your Swanson Zeaxanthin and astaxanthin

Have been taking these multi's for many years. They are easy on the stomach and they work. I will continue to take these and I highly recommend these vitamins and most other Swanson supplements!!

Best multivitamin available
I have been taking this multivitamin for years and I love it. I'm 74 now and started using Swanson vitamins when I was 20. I'm very healthy and I credit my vitamin supplements along with exercise and diet. Thank you Swanson. Don't ever discontinue this product. It's the best multivitamin around.

take with food. it works
they're a good composition of minerals and vitamins BUT DO NOT TAKE ON EMPTY STOMACH!! it works much better if you take it with your food.

Soft-gel Heaven w/Large pills
I switched to Swanson soft-gels, because caplets, etc., are just to hard to swallow, especially with 1 a day's that are so big. Yes, the soft gels are easier to deal with, and even though they're 2 a day, they are still too BIG. Otherwise they are a really good formula, especially for eye care. And, the price is very competitive. Thanx!

Upset stomach
These really upset my stomach and while I think they are a great value, the potency is hard for those with sensitive stomachs.
