This supplement is by Swanson. So, enough said on quality—Swanson is the best! And the price is outstanding. This is probably the best probiotic supplement on the market.

My husband has diverticulitis and uses these on a regular basis to help the bacteria in his gut. I would definitely recommend this to anyone in need of probiotics for their health.

I don't have anything negative to say about. It's a good mix of probiotic cultures. Taking a run of probiotics on occasion is a good idea to maintain gut biome health. I recommend only ordering 1 or 2 bottles at a time; probiotics are live cultures and will degrade (keep unopened bottles refrigerated). It's also a good idea to make prebiotics a regular part of your diet to keep the gut biome well fed: kimchi is amazing for this as are some other fermented foods and FOS fiber sources.
