Glutathione is a substance that is naturally made from the amino acids in the body and produced by the liver to use in many body processes (eg) tissue building and repair, making chemicals and proteins needed in the body, and in immune system function. As we age, this process slows down and can need assistance. It has also been found that people (like myself) with Glaucoma have low levels of Glutathione in their system. I take this for overall tissue health %26 immune strengthening. This 250mg dose is well within the WebMD max dose amount of 500mg/day.

This brand is the best we have found. Swansons helped us find it and we are in for the long run. This supplement really does what it says. Anyone's body will absorb it and it will metabolize well.

Please please correct the typo! it's spelled Glutathione - not Glutithione - it makes it feel fake. Other than that - I guess it's an okay product.
