I love this glcosamine with chondroitin & msm it's worked amazingly for me. Have been taking daily for 4 or 5 years now and can't imagine life without it.

Love it!
My knees were almost pain free the first day I started taking it. My old pills were not strong enough. The difference is like night and day! The price is much lower, too! My knees feel great! I have found my new joint supplement!

It seems to help
I have problems with wrist / hand and it seems to help. They are large in size, so far easy on stomach. No weird taste and on auto fill price not bad.

Better joint mobility.
I was wondering if this was helping me until I was out of this. It made a big difference in my joint mobility. It definitely helps me quite a bit. I don't plan to be out of it again.

The ingredients are good, but the pills are large. In the initial loading phase, directions advise to take two doses- that s a lot. It fills up my vitamin organizer and the pills could be difficult to swallow.

I don't know yet. They say that you need to have it. In Yup, the system for several months before it starts taking effect.
