Goat Weed
You will definitely be able to feel the difference. It took less than 72 but more than 30 hrs or for me to feel the energy. It works great, If you don't feel the difference after 3days than you probably didn't need it in the first place or you may require something stronger to lift your testosterone and sexual energy or even maybe a combination with something else.

Notable effects
Using a simple criteria of measurement, Positive results have been noted, Specifically, the shortening of the refractory period. This appears to be consistent and is actually improving overtime, Eliminating external factors, frequency and interest appear to mildly increase and have steadily improved over the initial 90 day test. Looking forward to Determine consistency of the effect. Will re-order.

These are low dose capsules
These are low dose. Two capsules equal 500 mg. The standard dose is 750 mg which requires three of these.

Maltodextrin????
Swanson, why put Maltodextrin in this complex? According to other similar products there is no reason to put this nasty stuff in there, and don't make your response about how small an amount is in there. Why is it in there at all?!?!! Throwing in the trash.
