actually juniper berry in a world of herb and supplement suppliers you have to have a nose for this. I have juniper berries in my pantry for home ground juniper and apple tea. This supplement smells like fresh ground juniper and works well as a diuretic. recommend both the brand and supplement if you're tired of getting sawdust or chalk in fake supplements. I'll be investigating their fenugreek later.

i bought juniper berries because i had read that it's a diuretic. it didn't work so much for that, but since i started taking them, my blood pressure has gone down.
