Great to add to your other WM Supplements
My go to with other weight management supplements like BioCore Lioo and Raz Keytones. 6 yrs keeping weight off when usingv2-3 times prior to eating. Took about 90 days of consistency to see big results but definitely a nice supplement at affordable prices.

Great sense of relief and calm
The Swanson Biocore Lipo-Max Strength 10,000 Fip 60 Veg caps : is the ONLY product that has helped me with my "indigestion". THANKS SWANSON - I always keep these veg caps handy - helps me tremendously and calms my stomach.

I have just finished my first bottle, and am very pleased to say that I've lost six pounds! I also added one small dietary change, but besides that, I've done nothing differently. This product has to be a big part of the equation!

I really like this, I take one before or after a meal and it makes me go to the bathroom more than I used to but I don't mind that. I can tell it works!

Tried a bottle with no weight loss. This supplement includes Maltodextrin (highly processed starch) which is discouraging. I will not reorder.
