Perfect Dose
I was very pleased to find that Swanson had started to offer the 0.5 mg dose of Melatonin which is perfect for me. Even the 1 mg gives me a groggy after-effect the next day.\nAs always the price is so reasonable so I will be continuing to buy.

Works great!
This product and potency are perfect to "turn the lights out" at bedtime! Very effective for helping to get to sleep but necessarily for staying asleep (if that is your issue the time released works better).\nNo side effects!

Perfect Dose

Works great!

Chewable Melatonin
I avoid tablets as an RN. They absorb differently from person to person. I usually buy Capsules (of another brand) but these work just a quickly, do a great job, and are less expensive!
