This Vitamin K-1 has 100 Mcg per tablet. Comes with 100 Tablets. Not seeing any issues with the product. Should educate yourself before taking a K1 supplement.
I have only started using them and have no substantial answer to the question of wether they will add or not to my quest in keeping my Pro Time between 3 and 4 every month or so.
good qualify
Great for bone health.
K-1 has helped me in ways I didn't expect, with sensitive gums and teeth
Arrived on time in good condition with a detailed packing slip.
K1 helps your blood to clot normally. Good stuff. Swanson's price is the best in the world that I have seen! Thanks, Swanson!
Good value with coupons. Potent.
These are the same strength as the 2 branks I mentioned, but they don't work the same. They're not as effective for me. Having said that, a lot of what is bioavailable for one person isn't for another, so give this a try then try one of the other brands to see which one works best for you.
For "To early to tell!" If you are using the K1 to level your INR/Prothombin Time when taking blood thinners, you need to add a Home INR test meter to your toolkit. I take quantity 3 of100 mcg of K1 daily. however, my INR/PT still varies. I used Excel to statistically match my Coagsense Home test meter to my Blood Test Lab INR tests. Make sure they do not change lab test machines on you. The University of Utah published how to do this. As they say, "It worked for me". Also, look up the Valve Replacement Test site. They have good advice there on using k1 to regularize your INR/PT and on using home test meters. More people there use the CoagUChek but I was able to one time purchase a CoagSense meter and I like it a lot because it matches my lab test values precisely (once corrected with the Univ. of Utah's regression equation - y = mx b - as they put it Algebra 1. Walk in Peace
