I was hoping these wouldn't give me the burning niacin flush AND THEY DONT. I highly recommend these supplements!
This product is quite effective..I have been taking it for 8 days and I can feel a bit of a difference..I am sure I will feel a big difference as i continue to take it..
Niacinamide is one of the important nutrients I take as part of my protocol to promote cellular energy production by the mitochondria. This B vitamin is priced right and meets my needs.
One of these capsules every 90 minutes during the day and every time that I wake up at night keeps my 76 year old brain sharp as a tack and as focused as that of a young college student.\nThere is never any need to fear those senior moments that can happen in your 60's and 70's. I would not be without my niacinimide.

I was surprised when a B vitamin was suggested for me, since they're usually associated with energy, but since I started taking it, I've been less anxious (not at all).
This is great for memory and focus. It also increases my energy level. You can only absorb 250 mgs every hour and a half so I take anywhere from 6 to 12 a day. I
The longer I am taking Swanson Premium Niacinamide the better I feel. My expectations have been greatly satisfied.
These are in all ways fabulous, but I just found out that they don't have the positive cardio / cholesterol benefits that straight up niacin has. I read Science Daily on a regular basis, and I should have checked there before going for a low flush option that turns out to be low effectiveness for my purposes.
Gave me headaches. I like the “now foods” brand better
