I love these little pills. They are about the size of a small vitamin E or D pill, and enteric coated (so they make it past the stomach to the intestines intact. Take BETWEEN meals, not with, like with other supplements. Works for me, and I have NEVER had a 'peppermint after taste/burb' with these, and I have been taking them for years. They have gone up in price a little, so try to get them on sale.

Most supplements I buy, honestly, I have no idea if they are working or not. This one..if I ate too much pasta or whatever, and hours later still feel bloated or filled with gas, this gets rid of the bloated feeling...Not advocating overeating, but if you do...this works better than anything else I've tried, and it's natural

I have taken this product for a couple of years. I do not take them every day, it is one of those products you use as needed. I guess I cannot tell you when I might need them. I have rated a lot of products, but I mentioned my "health issue" and none of my reviews were allowed. Frustrating, especially when there are people out there who have similar health issues.

I had been on a product which was similar for this for years and thought it was as good as it could get. When I purchsed this product I found that the product worked a lot better for me because it was combined with other helpful ingredients. I also only have to take one tablet whereas I used to take 2 which is more economical. This product is extremely helpful and suited to my particular needs.

As a peppermint lover I decided to give this product a try and am soooooo glad I did!I got my order in the mail yesterday and immediately popped one in my mouth...and wow! It was a fantastic burst of mint joy!Now its morning and I decided to make a cup of tea with one capsule..... dropped one in a cup of boiled water and wallah.... This product is the best peppermint digestive aid I've ever come across. Not only does it deliver real relief, but in these economic times it is cost effective. It has dramatically cut down on my digestive symptoms and allows me to resume a more normal social life. Kudos to you, Swanson.
