I like it! I have been taking 10mg before bed along with 25mg DHEA and have been feeling great! Been doing this for over a year now and still feeling good. I like the small size. I wish it came with a flip-top cap, I switched it out.

Only take one a day and it helps with my breathing

I'll try this again - maybe the third time (review) is a charm.I tried DHEA and it was too strong for me. I then tried this pregnenolone, after doing some research, and I feel a noticeable difference. I feel more stable and positive in a way that I haven't in a long time. I was having some hot flashes and they went away. I feel more energetic. I would highly recommend this product.

I was originally using a product that Swanson's sold from another manufacturer when I started having hot flashes from hormonal changes that occur in women of my age. Once Swanson's stopped carrying that brand I found a Swanson's equivalent but they were still a little pricey. Read an article in a woman's magazine and decided to try these. So glad I did! I take 1 in the morning when I get up, if I feel the need in the early afternoon I might take another and then 1 before bed. So at the most I take 3 of these a day. So, for $1.99 a month (the price now) I get a constant even keel in the hot/cold department vs the $20 up a month I was paying before. Who could ask for more?

Since taking this product, I notice I can focus with more clarity, experience less hormonal fluctuation and no "lows" just before menstruation. I feel I am back to where I was 15 to 20 years ago. Plus, the price is right. No side effects for me either!

Swanson makes high quality supplements and this one is no exception. The price is a bit on the high side.
