I have known this product for years. I went back to it. For a while I only used it when we travel by plane to avoid clots due to the hours spent in it. There is not a formal outside trials to recognize its effectiveness, but when my husband and I used it I feel we feel better.

I have been a fan of pycnogenol for a good number of years. This is a supplement that really helps. I like this particular brand because Swanson continues to keep the integrity of quality at an optimum level.

Sometime ago I read about a research project which concluded that elderly people taking 150mg of Pychogenol daily showed an improvement in function and memory. While I personally have no baseline from which to measure results, just doing something to ward off the negatives of getting older feels good! I'm retired. I love being retired. I want to continue to enjoy being retired. I want to feel good - and taking pychogenol does that for me. There is no way to show proof. You must try it to see if it works for you.

I have been using this product for more than 10 years and have been pleased with the results. This is my first time using Swanson Pycnogenol, but because it is a patented supplement I am sure of what I am getting. Most importantly I'm getting it at a great price. Highly recommend.
