Great value
Great value, as always with Swanson.We bought it for its reputation as an aid in helping mothers when weaning their babies. We haven't gotten to that point yet, so can't say how effective it is.

Good, but not the best for hyperhidrosis
I bought this product seeing from a Reddit post that it could help with hyperhidrosis. Started taking one capsule every couple of days to see result. I've noticed that my sweating has reduced a bit, but it's not a complete solver. After taking it I feel my stomach a bit bloated, which is not fun. Overall, I would recommend it for those who want to give it a try.
