Happy to find Soy Lecithin.
Both my husband and I take lecithin to help our joints and mobility. We used to pay a lot more for the same strength and amount elsewhere, but have found that Swanson's premium Lecithin 1200 is equal to the other brand and we save a whole lot on just this one product alone!
I really like this product. The first several batches I received gave me no problems getting the capsules out. But my last order seems difficult because they all are sticking together. (The weather was extra hot when I received the order and so far I haven't seen any "leaking/broken" gel caps in the container. It must have been the hot weather.)
I've used Lecithin for years. Now that Swansons provides a Non-GMO version, I now have the comfort of knowing that what I take as part of my daily supplements is safe from GMO soy. Lecithin helps keep my mind sharp at the office/work during the day and helps keep me regular as needed, otherwise.
I have used lecithin for several years, and I have found Swansons to be the best. For several years I used a well-know brand of lecithin, but have found they stick together all the time, no matter what the weather. Swansons stays fresh and not sticky at all. I buy several bottles at a time, and find they work very well for my good health.
I was so happy to see Swanson offered a soy-derived product that was not a GMO. People realize that the health ramifications of GMO produce are not completely known. Many studies I've seen show an adverse effect on both plants and animals. I would not knowingly ingest GMOs. I appreciate the option of being able to avoid them and still get the benefit of lecithin.

Lecithin is one of the 'original' or at least old-time health foods, and this is the way it used to be back in the 50s and 60s before GMO and Monsanto started getting crammed down our throats. While eating unfermented soy is tabu today, and in my opinion for good reasons, the Lecithin factor, even though it is taken FROM soy beans is not the same as either people or farm animals consuming large amounts of soy food.Lecithin has long, long been revered for cardiovascular, brain, liver, and skin health, as well as handling the bad fats and carbs. I find it desirable to take 2 or 3 capsules sometime during the day for general purposes, and another 2 or 3 at bedtime, because Lecithin also helps one get a good night's sleep. I really like and recommend Good Old Lecithin. And if one is going to take Lecithin capsules, this is the right one at the right price. Good Old Lecithin has been around for many, many decades - - - and for good reasons.
I find the capsules the exact same size and color as the Hi Po Multiple so sometimes get them mixed up. Otherwise they are fine. It would help to have a different color. And it would be WONderful if I could get the Hi Po Vites again - there is nothing on the market that is as good as that!
The capsules tend to sorta “melt” in the container and become sticky leaving residue on the hands which is hard to wash off and eventually get stuck at the bottom of the container when nearing empty.I would not recommend this product.
