I'm giving it a try
My friend is a health/natural food junkie. She told me about the benefits of Thyme for respiratory support, especially during cold and flu season. She takes it and suggested I give it a try. I seem to sleep a little better at night too. Maybe that's an added benefit.

It works! It will cause you to burp up the taste of thyme so I recommend drinking lots of water with it.

Swanson thyme
I don't know if the benefits of these capsules will work for me, but I'll give it a try to improve my respiratory system. By the way I never smoked, and I was told that I have a blockage in my R lung... let's see what happens.
