Ultimate Ashwagandha
I just bought 2 bottles on sale in late August, 2025 - & glad I did because this particular Swanson brand is very likely one of the most potent & all around Ashwagandha products to be found anywhere. Ashwagandha itself is well known for many, many years for it's variety of health benefits such as helping to ease joints which is extremely important for a great many people & many athletes, also relieving stress, improving relaxation & even helping to sleep better.

Does Not Contain Claimed Amount
According to another reviewer, This product failed Consumer Lab's testing. It contained only a small fraction of the labels claimed active ingredient. On the plus side, it passed the heavy metals test. Swanson needs to address this problem immediately.
