definitely helps me relax and have a better nights rest

I have been using this product for about 3 months (Was using similar product before, which is no longer available). Easier than making myself a chamomile tea every night! I take one capsule in the morning, and two before going to bed in the evening. It relaxes me just enough in the mornings to feel tranquil while going through my work routines. At night, it helps me to fall asleep quickly and since I started taking it, I feel I am sleeping more soundly. Better than a sleeping pill any time... and natural! I am 71 and it's doing great for me. My daughter (38) who is under stress at work and was having trouble sleeping, has also began to take it before bedtime, and she tells me that she is sleeping better.

Really like this stuff. Seems to relax me so I can function better without making me lethargic. Don't use it for sleep, just to relax.

I use this for sleep and stress relief. It is pretty gentle on my system as far as effectiveness, but I usually need more of everything for it to work on me. I will buy again to supplement my sleep and stress regimen because it is so inexpespensive and has three good time tested ingredients.

I'm a bit disappointed that it doesn't help as much as I had hoped. I'm trying to find a sleep formula that will help as much as a trial from a scamming company! The formula I got from the (unnamed) company contains valerian, ashwagandha, GABA, hops, chamomile, passionflower, and melatonin. Something about theirs works great for me, with no chemical side effects. This "Full Spectrum" formula works some nights, and maybe not all night, so my quest continues.

Did not work for me at all. Might as well be candy.

This product comes with a P65 Warning- Cancer and Reproductive Harm. I contacted Swanson and was told that the herbs in the product have high lead concentrations. Lead is dangerous! I wish I had heeded the warning, because I suffered from joints until I stopped taking the product.

This product was supposed to help me with sleeping. I did have the opposite reaction. It kept me awake when I take the capsules
