Swanson Vitamin B-12 with Folate - Strawberry 60 Lozenges

Small, convenient, taste was great, and I felt the energy within minutes. Remember to let them dissolve under tongue. B-12 is best absorbed through the mouth.

Only vitamin that you don't taste later in the day it does not cause nausea or taste bad.

I take a lot of vitamins but I have never used B12. After researching the pertinent information I decided to add it to my regime. I take it in the AM, immediately after awakening, on an empty stomach, while I'm doing my 15 minutes of breath work. It takes that long to dissolve. After almost a month of use I feel more energetic. I wake up with a better attitude, ready for the day ahead. I will be 80 years old at the end of December.

I love the flavor of B-12 with Folate. When walking I am able to put a lozenge under my tongue when my right side begins to tingle and continue my "step program". Without vitamin B-12 I would not be able to walk as far as I am now. I would give it 6 stars if possible. It is small enough that I carry it in a small zip pouch tucked into my phone case.

No water needed and not another pill to swallow…Just chew!!!

Highly recommend this B-12....easy to take and very reasonably affordable ....no need for water, just place under tongue...pleasant flavor...have taken them for many years .

I like that they are a chewable, as far as feeling different or better from them, I must be, I'd probably really tell if I stopped them

Directions state to chew then dissolve under tongue. Chewing makes them stick to my teeth then there is nothing to put under my tongue. Tastes terrible when chewed. Tried simply placing under tongue whole and it won't dissolve. Tried breaking into larger chunks to place under my tongue-still won't dissolve. Terrible product! Needs more time in the R & D department!

I have been taking B12 for many years. I ordered this bottle my mistake. I tried them. They taste terrible. You have to chew them, it doesn't dissolve under your tongue. I tried them for 3 days, then had to order the kind I used to buy. I do not recommend these vitamins.
