I have been using Swanson's Super Stress B for years. I looked at many other brands before I settled on this one. Swanson is the only one that had highest amount of each B vitamin. It is a yellow, medium sized pill and it does have a smell but once swallowed, the smell goes away (it doesn't smell in your burp).

I could really tell the difference within hours of taking my first one! Just take in the am fir more energu for normal schedules.

I never even looked at the capsules closely, just take one out of the bottle and swallow it. Yesterday I happened to let it out of my hand and I looked at it...the capsule is not even one half full of vitamin material . Not even one half full ! What a rip off ! I didn't see a return area at this late time since the purchase but someone should check on the Swanson company and see if they are decent or liars. I have taken 'B' vitamins for years in capsule form but not from this company. Every other manufacturer has a full capsule. The vitamin is bright yellow so it is very easy to see the amount in each capsule.
