I could really tell the difference within hours of taking my first one! Just take in the am fir more energu for normal schedules.

I have some probs with capsules sticking but I still prefer capsules over solid vitamins. These are a great value and I've been buying Swanson products for awhile now on the advise of a naturalist friend who studies everything before he buys. I'm sold.

Since I am a rather high strung person, I live under stress most of the time, and I find I can keep my energy level high when I take the B-Complex. I've tried doing without it a time or two, and I have decided, since I don't notice any side effects, that I feel better taking it regularly.

I take it every day before work. It keeps me alert . Sometimes we, do not have the time to, eat a proper breakfast, lunch or, dinner. These capsules help with the most important B vitamins you need to function during your day to day schedule. If, by mistake I, miss taking these supplements for, a couple of days I, notice fatigue setting in.

Works well without upsetting my stomach. I can feel the energy within an hour without the "flush", plus it doesn't keep me up at night. It doesn't give me an energy crash later in the day. I take it with breakfast and look forward to the "kick" of energy it gives me. Easy to take and I highly recommend. I've started other family members on this vitamin b, and they like also.

When we stopped eating liver Ibelieve that we lost our endurance link.In theearly fifties we all had liver once a week smothered in gravy over rice;somewherealong the way the so called experts convincedus to stop eating liver and so where are you supposed to set your b complex from?Brewers yeast is great but it is a choreto take;somehow this SUPER STRESS B COMPLEX has given me a new lease andwhen I take it there are no side effects otherthan that I feel great.When i was little old people use to take Geritol;this is 2009so we must move with the times but wemust take our B complex as we move forwardin this 21 century.

Seems to do what it's supposed to. Excellent value. The odor and taste are AWFUL. That makes it very hard to take--I can only take them at bedtime because I sometimes get burps from my meds and the burps from this made me nauseated. This is why I down-rated the "convenience".

This B-Complex with Vitamin C is nice to have around when I feel I need more than just my morning multivitamin. Although I personally don't feel a particular energy boost, I DO manage to get through those very active/hectic days -- so I imagine they really do help in a subtle way.

I never even looked at the capsules closely, just take one out of the bottle and swallow it. Yesterday I happened to let it out of my hand and I looked at it...the capsule is not even one half full of vitamin material . Not even one half full ! What a rip off ! I didn't see a return area at this late time since the purchase but someone should check on the Swanson company and see if they are decent or liars. I have taken 'B' vitamins for years in capsule form but not from this company. Every other manufacturer has a full capsule. The vitamin is bright yellow so it is very easy to see the amount in each capsule.
