Swanson Wild Yam Root 100 Capsules

I highly recommend the Swanson wild yam root capsules! I was taking the black cohosh and primrose oil capsules and still experiencing too many hot flashes, so i added the wild yam root to my daily vitamins and have noticed very few hot flashes in a matter of a couple of days!

I am THRILLED with this supplement. I was having several hot flashes each day and waking up almost hourly with night sweats. An herb blend from my local wellness pharmacy helped a bit, but in looking for alternatives I found the plain yam root. My hot flashes were reduced within 3 days of starting this, and by the end of a week they were all but gone. I still have mild "warm ups" now and then, but nothing like the misery I was experiencing. Now I just hope it lasts...

I had been using Evening Primrose Oil but was still experiencing occasional hot flashes. So I added the Wild Yam Root and I have stopped having hot flashes altogether! I feel comfortable using these natural products. So far, so good. Don't think it has helped me with emotions though.

I had purchased other OTC products and tired of no relief. Being asystemic (things work opposite as their subscried to) I didn't wanna try any 'estrogen' product unless it was pure and proven to work without a doubt! Well, loving my herbal supps, like this, I thot "what the heck!" Best thing I ever purchased for my nightsweats and hot flashes!!! I had taken it for 3 years before stopping at the age of 50 and have yet to have a problem. Am now purchasing for a friend and always promote this product to anyone that's looking for relief of premenopause, menopause, perimenopause!! Great product!!!

I have been using this product for years and I'm fully satisfied with it.
