Swanson Wild Yam Root 100 Capsules

I have been using this product for years and I'm fully satisfied with it. Highly recommended! \nAlthough there is a great demand for this product in Hungary (Europe), the local reseller never orders enough. I am THRILLED with this supplement. I was having several hot flashes each day and waking up almost hourly with night sweats. An herb blend from my local wellness pharmacy helped a bit, but in looking for alternatives I found the plain yam root. My hot flashes were reduced within 3 days of starting this, and by the end of a week they were all but gone. I still have mild "warm ups" now and then, but nothing like the misery I was experiencing. Now I just hope it lasts...

Started taking this product to level out some of my hormone levels. I was having a few night sweats, extreme breast tenderness and fatigue and read good reviews on this product and evening primrose. I had immediate results and feel better when i take it on a regular basis.

I had been using Evening Primrose Oil but was still experiencing occasional hot flashes. So I added the Wild Yam Root and I have stopped having hot flashes altogether! I feel comfortable using these natural products. So far, so good. Don't think it has helped me with emotions though.
