Dust Be Gone
Love this product, this is my 3rd purchase. Broke first one, client through away the 2nd one by mistake. Since on sale i bought my 3rd and 4th now. Very useful / helpful reaching all those areas safely!

These dusters are way smaller
These duster pads are smaller not as fluffy than the ones for my small handheld swiffer. The handle is very sturdy well made product . I will still use this to dust my fans and up high to reach areas. The duster pad doesn't fall off either so that's great! Maybe one day swiffer will make bigger duster tips

It's Meh!
It's not as long as I thought it would be the two other dusters were shoved into the box and when pulling out ripped!

not as advertised
The picture on the box depicts the duster as full and holding a cylindrical shape. the actual duster looks like a small torn up rag with a little bit of fuzzy stuff. No volume or shape. The lack of volume makes it difficult to get contact on any surface and you will only get one use for a small apartment size. The flimsy handle adds to the struggle. 2 stars because it does pick up the dust.

Not nearly as good as the original!
The new design 360 dusters are terrible. Doesn't dust like the original and just moves the dust around. I am highly disappointed with the new design.

I dislike it.
This duster isn't worth it. After 3 months the button stopped working and the duster base flops around. The reason I purchased this duster was for the locking mechanism that holds it in the same position. I've purchased 3 and eventually they all stop working.

Used to be great! Now it's junk!
This extendable swiffer duster used to be awesome. I would last me at least a year without breaking. I have bought 4 in the past 2 months!!! That have all broken within 2 weeks of use in the exact same spot!!! I have to duct tape it together just to get through my day. I clean for a living and use your products as well as recommend them. I will now be looking for other products to use as yours have turned into junk. A 15.00 duster should not break within 2 weeks, 4 times in a row! Very disappointed in the decline of your product.

Used to be good
Used to be an awesome product. New pads suck. And it's not a 6 foot extension. Only 3. Waste they need to go back to old 360 pads. These new ones are terrible
