The product is sturdy and functions as it should. The build directions were clear and easy to follow. It weighs about 100lbs in the box it was shipped in. It is foldable and has wheels for easy movement in the folded position. Jump board is included with a convenient case and a mat for floor work, there is not a Pilates box included.

I have been using this machine for three days now and it is really good. I had help assembling but it isn't that hard if you are just one., But it is very easy to fold and store. The wheels make it move very easily. It is also sturdy, works every muscle in the body, and the straps can be adjusted easily. So all in all a great machine for a Pilate beginner like myself or for someone who can't afford the classes. It comes with two yellow springs, two green and one red for the weights but I hoped it came with two red springs to add extra weight. That is the only downside. However, I do more sets of exercises instead of the extra weight and that helps with the workout.

Got as a gift for my daughter and was presently surprised at the build quality. Excellent value for the money.

Quality control issues. I do love the machine but the carriage is scraping terribly when in motion. I have tried several times to adjust the position hoping it would help. Folding and storage capability is great but I'm unhappy with the loud scraping. It's too much trouble to repack.

Everything about this is pretty good except for the fact that the carriage is too short. I'm 5' 6" and I can't even fit my torso comfortably on the carriage, I wish I had considered carriage sized prior to buying

I was excited to try the Pilates Reformer, but my enthusiasm quickly turned to frustration and concern. After only a few uses, the arm/leg bar began malfunctioning. This issue caused the bar to slip during exercises, resulting in a face first collision with the seat and my knee hitting the floor and frame. Needless to say, this was both painful and alarming, and it significantly undermined my confidence in the reformer's safety. After several back and forth emails Syedee agreed to send a replacement bar. While I appreciate their effort to resolve the problem, I am not convinced that simply replacing the bar will address the underlying issue. The malfunction seems to point to a design or quality flaw rather than just a one off defect. Overall, I am disappointed in the reformer's durability and safety. For an exercise machine at this price point, I expected much better. If Syedee improves their product and ensures that critical components like the arm/leg bar are secure and reliable, this could be a great reformer. Until then, I cannot recommend it to others looking for a dependable Pilates experience

The bed of the machine is very hard, The headrest is very low and hard. The length of the whole machine feels short. It is easy to put together.

Bought this Pilate machine for my girlfriend. Upon assembling this machine, we realized the screws don't aligned and cannot be tighten. The wholes were drilled incorrectly and don't aligned. I contacted the customer service email twice and no response. I tried to return it on Walmart with the company. No response. This product it's cheap and the company does not care about its customer. Would not recommend.

Package was not received, when I reached out to the company that said it was delivered and never responded back to me!
