Perfect for a home workout. Easy to use %26 understand. Putting together was easy. Turning machine on the lights up the side detail name. There is 2 small steps on each side of machine and another 2 small steps on each side above the 1st ones. In between those steps are your bigger workout steps. There's a fan. I don't know if this is normal or not. Once I turn the fan on I cannot shut it off. It turns up/down but not off until I shut down the machine. You can manually up the speed from the board or handlebars. When shutting down the machine safe will show on the board. I think meaning safe to stand on the steps. Working steps. Has cup holder. This is probably irrelevant my iPad tends to stick to the base of the machine like a magnetic type stick This is on top of machine where cup holder is. There is a place to hold my iPad on the board. So far no interference with using the iPad and the machine at the same time. No static or weird noises. This happens with another machine I own. Very heavy machine .well made My basement ceilings are 9feet. I am 5'2” standing on the top step my hair brushes the water pipe. I can stand straight up. It doesn't interfere with working out. Husband it 5'11” he cannot use it. The ceiling is too low for him. For the money and for CS it was worth it for me. I gave up the gym membership to put money into my own home gym. I missed having a step mill. Is it as good as a gym one? Well it depends on what gym you go to and the brand they bought. Some gym one are awful some are awesome. This one for me is really good for my home. It kicks my butt with or without my weighted vest. I can walk sideways. I can skip steps. I feel safe and easy to use. How long will it last? I don't know?? It's been a few months now with use of 3-4 x a week. And so far so good. I do wipe it down to remove dust and etc. I always unplug it. I would recommend if you have the ceiling height and understand it's going to be different from gym machines. These machines are affordable for people who want to work out at home. CA was also good. My delivery couldn't be delivered because of a snowstorm. It was supposed to be to be delivered the next day. When I didn't hear from the delivery company, I reached out to customer service. They reached out back to me and was able to help me with the situation. I was pleased with this. Knowing I'm spending to me a lot of money I want good CS. Without that I'm not buying anything else from them. I would buy again from this company.

The shipping took a LOT longer than initially estimated, but that was the shipper's fault (they sent it to the wrong state!). The assembly was mostly easy, but I did forget to hook up the cable under the display post, so I had to remove a side panel to get it connected. The only negative is the manual. It's really bad. Fortunately there isn't much to assemble and you can figure it out from the product's picture. You can figure out how to use it quickly because there's not really much to it. The construction is rock solid. I does make some random clicking sounds while in use, probably from the moving parts settling in. We put it in our living room and it's quiet enough to use it while watching the TV.

I got it for my wife and she really loves it. She says her workouts on the equipment are very productive and very well worth it. Wide variety of exercises as well.

Great machine you don’t need anything else to get you a great workout that will definitely challenge you everyday to stay fit!! I use it daily and every time I workout on it kicks my butt!! Love it definitely worth every dollar!!! Buy the insurance to have peace of mind as they are very expensive 💕

very close in quality to the concept 2 rower. the main and only difference I can tell is the cheap computer. the computer is pretty basic and I wouldn't really rely on it for accurate tracking. that said, if you base your training on heart rate and time, this is tops. amazing value here.

Good machine. However, it didn’t come with a users manual! Not sure what the buttons are. I push the arrow buttons but nothing happens. If you want just straight through stepping, it’s ok. Anything different, you gotta figure it out yourself. What equipment doesn’t come with users manual? THIS ONE!! I contacted the seller, they are responsive, still no manual.

I read all the reviews prior to buying but I think it’s helpful to know that this stair climber is extremely heavy and in order to get it into the house I had to hire a moving company. It took four men to move this into the house. It is essentially fully assembled apart from the screen and handles so it weighs about 400 pounds. In use, the stairs are a bit bumpy and not the typical smooth gliding you get with the gym units. You also can’t toggle through distance, calories, time, etc. it has a few programs to pick from. My husband is 6’1”and he does hit his head on the ceiling when he tried to use it. Overall it will work but it is a significant investment for an ok machine that is VERY heavy and runs rough.

I haven't even used the machine yet because the delivery drivers left it outside in the back of my house, and it is so so heavy that four men can't bring it inside. The delivery said that it included in home setup and that was not what was received. Now I have to hire a moving company to get this inside because I can't get in touch with Walmarts third party shipping.

When I received this machine I was not able to use it. There were issues. After back and forth email with the manufacturer I was told if I had to call a technician out to fix it I would be reimbursed. So that meant spending more money and I did in good faith. It has been over a month going back and forth and I still have not received a refund. I do not recommend buying this machine. I will never buy an expensive piece of equipment where I am not able to speak to a live person ever again.

Already came broken, the metal grate was damaged in shipping but still usable, I just had to twist and bend the sharp metal back into shape. Now the whole unit collapsed where it disassembles. Too much plastic for vital parts. I want my time and money back
