Excellent addition to my gym. Great for hangs, pull-ups stretching. Perfect attachment points for TRX and elastic bands. If you want something with a wider grip, this may not be it. Installation was easy and straightforward on a sheet rock wall. .

It's surprisingly well made and mostly easy to assemble. I highly recommend making sure you have a socket wrench or impact driver socket to make assembly quicker.

Good quality, arrived on time

The instructions could be a little clearer and you may want to use your own common sense as to the order of the steps when installing, but it's extremely sturdy and seems well made. I've used it for pullups mainly but have tried the dip bars and they seem pretty good. Nice for stretching on the ladder too.

The ladder was a bit difficult to install on the wall as the mounts didn't quite line up with wall studs. I installed the mounts differently than instructed to get it to work. Otherwise it's well built and good buy for the money.
