The capsules seem fine, but I'm concerned about the lack of transparency. The QR code on my bottle leads only to a Facebook Messenger chat, not to a company website or batch verification page. When I contacted the seller, they said product testing is done only once a year and that the reports are sent privately to Walmart/Amazon but not shared with customers. Reputable supplement companies usually provide a Certificate of Analysis (COA) for each batch showing potency and purity results. Without that, I can't verify what's really in this bottle. I hope SYLAN increases its transparency and gives customers direct access to lab results.
