I found this product very effective. The doctor recommended it and I don't know how to buy my second one. I did receive a three dollar coupon or five dollar coupon I think and by doing it by phone and delivery service. I can't give the coupon to anybody so I might wait till I go in person to Walmart and cash in the coupon when I buy the next refill, I asked for the product it's excellent the best eye dropper use and ease of you. I've ever known bye-bye

These eye drops are really moisturizing. I've been dealing with some eye irritation and dry eyes, and they definitely help. I do wish the squeeze bottle didn't compress when it gets air inside. Other than that, I have no complaints other than the fact that they're a little pricey for the low cost that it probably was to make the product.

I wear disposable contacts, and have severely dry eyes at times...this preservative free formula is by far the best I have found and is like a blanket of lotion over my eyes without making them blurry. I hate how expensive this is...but it's incredibly worth it for the relief it gives me.

These drops are fine but I hate the new packaging. It always makes bubbles which is uncomfortable going into my eye and makes it easier to miss. I got them because they are supposed to moisturize longer. I don’t feel like they are any better than the more comfortable lubricating drops. They are pricey too. Your mileage may vary but I’m going back to my previous brand.

I have extremely dry eyes, very frequently, so this is what I bought this item for. I had used other Systane products for this reason in the past along with prescription drops, and was still having dry eyes and was also having some blurriness. That's when I decided to try the Pro version. I had been using the Complete PF version prior to this. once I started using the Pro, the eye blurriness seemed to get much worse and I started to get burning with instillation of the drops. This happened every time. I called my eye doctor and told her about it and she told me to stop using the Pro version and go back to using the Complete. That is what I'm doing until my next appointment to get my eyes checked for new glasses. My eyes are very sensitive to light, any kind of dust, allergens in the air etc, since I had my cataracts removed 5 years ago. I also have to use Pataday drops for itchy and burning eyes. They help greatly!

did not get either item i choose or default only item 12,or 8 hr no preservative 2oack is what I asked for and need price adjustment if I was charged for initial this one is same brand but not a long lasting 12 hr or 8 hr. 2 oack where more money I believe the 12 hr I paid for was highest price out of all!! please adjust if need be

WHO AT THIS COMPANY THOUGHT THE TIP CONFIGURATION WAS A GOOD IDEA??????? THE OLD TIP ALLOWED USER TO HOLD IT AWAY FROM EYE WHICH NEWER DESIGN MAKES YOU TOUCH LASHES, ETC. TO GET RIGHT AIM FOR PRODUCT. IT'S DEFINITELY NOT A SANITARY DESIGN. MARKETING TEAMS HAVE NO IDEA HOW CUSTOMERS USE THE PRODUCT WITH CHANGED DESIGN. MAY CHANGE BRAND DUE TO THIS DESIGN CHANGE ALONE.

The product stung and irritated my eyes for hours after I used it. It may have hydrated longer than my usual Systane eyedrops, but it was hard to tell because of the distracting irritation. I used it about 5 times and the result was the same every time. It may be OK for others, but unfortunately didn't work for me.
