Simple and easy
Top up on problem I put my number and paid $66 with tax and less than a hour it was in my account. They sent email when it's complete. After call t mobile to just make sure it's there but I'll definitely be using it again

Very very unhappy
Due to the fact that I bought three cards thinking this was for T-Mobile so I could pay my bill just to find out that it's only for prepaid phones, but it did not indicate that it would not work for my T-Mobile account so I am out of $173 because they cannot refund me back my money or for a item I cannot use which I really feel is unfair to me because now I have to pay for something that I cannot use and I have reached out several times about the situation in the Miss printing of what it stated, and I still was told I could not get a refund and that is unfair to me and all I was trying to do was pay my cell phone bill very unhappy customer.

Read read read read before you buy
After I bought it, I could never use it because I didn't have prepaid and they wouldn't take it back so definitely a messed up situation cause nobody wants a T-Mobile card now I'm stuck with it and I can't even get my money back and I have to pay for my T-Mobile account

It doesn't work on standard accounts and no one can redeem or refund the card. They told me to sell it to someone as if that's a safe alternative.

Never got my refund
I was supposed to get a refund on my transaction because my digital delivery didn't send me an email. I haven't received my refund and it's been 4 hours. I need this refunded right now because my phone is my work line and I needed the tmobile card to pay my phone bill. I can't wait any longer because this is a major inconvenience!
