Order canceled when flagged by policy review team
My online order was canceled due to being ‘flagged by our policy review team'. There was no way to find out additional information on resolve this situation positively. At no point was there a phone number or email address where I could contact a human being, and the AI chatbot led me around in circles.

Misleading, false!
Don't order this as Direct Top Up. Not sure why after purchase it isn't reloading the prepaid phone account. I have purchased other amounts and it works fine. After contacting Walmart Customer Service on chat twice! I was told it was already been applied to my account nope my prepaid account has been disconnected due to this. Instead of instantly reloading my account, it said it was going to be delivered a week after purchase. Walmart!! Change the item description because this is not Direct Top up.

walwart isnot allow cancel order
direct top up, but somehow they cant, and they delievery in a week, walmart is 10 minues away from house.

Horrible
I selected direct top up for a prepaid phone card and it's being delivered in over a week. Direct top up should automatically imply digital delivery. A change to your service recently has been horrible. I never had a problem in the past.
