Heat is as individualized as there are people LOL What my son calls medium will put the average person running for the milk as fast as they can go. So, I will try to explain how I see it, but you'll have to gage the heat on your own. Straight to the point: This is a Jalapeno sauce. If you find them hot, then this will likely be hot to you. I use jalapeno peppers for their flavor. If I want heat, I kick the pepper up a notch or 2. With that in mind, this adds an awesome flavor with minimal heat. Jalapeno peppers are known for not having consistent heat levels, I would say this falls more into the mild to low-medium side in my opinion. Love the flavor! But not my go-to for increasing heat
I'm in a rural food desert in Reidsville NC. We got a store remodel and they are finally carrying the Green Tabasco! I previously had to buy it from the big A and have it delivered. I couldn't even find it in the big NC city of Greensboro. I'm so happy they finally carrying this amazing hot sauce. It isn't hot. It's just a really nice flavor. There are no substitutes. I use it on everything. Try it on pizza. Enjoy!
GREEN Tabasco is my favorite! Goes great on quesidillas, eggs, or added to recipes like chili. It is a mild sauce with a great flavor. It has a nice dispenser to just get a few drops at a time- not a pour style bottle. NOT HOT- just a little spicy. Harder to find on the shelves than the Tabasco RED- a regular stable item in my home. One bottle lasts a long time- I keep it refrigerated.
If you want a very good jalapeno flavor this is it. It is somewhat mild in my opinion but it is jalapeno and not cayenne or habenero. I keep a bottle in my cabinet always.
Love this sauce! Flavorful but NOT hot- it's the best cousin to other Tabasco sauces. I love it on scrambled eggs with cheese for a bright tangy punch, and it's great on tacos. So many possibilities for this little green bottle!
We enjoy the Tabasco products and this Green Petter Sauce is dishes that you don't over spice with mouth burn..... A downside is that the pouring cap. The hole is much to small and you have to really shake the bottle hard to get a drop out.
Sometimes a dish needs a little acid and heat done table side, "eater applied" if you will. The vinegary heat is much more subdued than the traditional Red Tabasco. Cheesy Grits, eggs, guacamole perfect. The vinegar acid cuts through the richness and gives just a little zing, mm mmm. Hey, mix it in with ketchup for you fries to have some fire fries. Every table should have a salt
I like mine a little bit spicy 🌶️ and this sauce tastes really good on just about anything you could want for the summer.
One of our favorite go-to hot sauces. Not really hot, just a nice slow heat. Flavor is much better than the red kind!
it's good thought it could have been a little hotter all subjective according to your preference. I like to keep a variety of hot sauces on hand . Will keep this in the rotation. Not blazing hot don't except it to be goes well with eggs ect
