So the first one I got was stolen off of my porch but the seller quickly had a new one sent out. I read the directions and let it sit for 6-8 hours and I just turned it on for the first time an hour ago. First of all it blows out air strongly. Like the air flow is awesome!! The air that comes out is really cold air. I want to get another one for another room in my house so I’ll be ordering again soon.

Central air conditioning went out this item has been a lifesaver. Wasn't sure I could stay in my house until the central air conditioning gets replaced.

Instructions do say leave in upright position for 8 hours. Oil needs to go back into the compressor so make sure you do this. Unit was very easy to install. Works better than I thought it would. I’m thinking about buying a second.

I purchased two of these air conditioners and I love them they are a little loud but the put out excellent air and having a remote control is fantastic. Most important thing when you receive your air conditioner let it sit over night before turning it on. If you don’t it will not function properly which is way so many people leave bad reviews about it not getting cold. And if it say on need the tank to be emptied drain the water than unplugged it than plug it back up than it will reset and go back into working mode. I absolutely love this product and you will too. And the price was great when you buy it before the air conditioning season starts.

Actually I bought this air condition for my girlfriend, she loves it so far, great price, living in california in the valley 100 degree plus weather, energy efficient,cooling her room faster while using less electricity, she is satisfied with my purchase.

I bought this A/C units to use in my garage / workshop. My shop is about 200 square feet and powered by Solar batteries and Inverters. (12.8V LiFePO4 batteries with a 2000W inverter) I was using a much bigger A/C units that I keep as a backup for my house, but it was pulling to much current from my inverter so I looked for the smallest floor style A/C unit I could find and this Tacool unit was what I decided on. I have been using this 8000BTU model for several days and so far it is working better than I expected. It pulls about 12 Amps from the inverter (battery side) at peek usage which is excellent. It is a perfect fit for my work area and blows refreshing cool air right where I need it. The hot air return vent hose that came with this unit is a little longer than my other larger unit which is nice because I pipe the exhaust air out a gable vent close to the roof. I waited about 2 days before unpacking this A/C unit to give the coolant the best possible chance to settle before plugging it in for the first time. I read on here that some people complained that their units didn't blow cold air when they got them, so I wanted to give mine the best chance at success.

Purchased this a/c to keep a small bedroom cool. Unfortunately it doesn't work quite as well as the WAP1-08C. I attempted to reach out to the seller, but didn't hear anything back.

i do not like this AC. it throws off too much heat from the hose connected to outside window. its cooler outside than inside. i wrapped it too.

im not sure if it will work or not, we carried it up a flight of stairs, open the box to find that it was damaged i aaume during shipping, very disappointing, now we have to carry it back down stairs and return it, the worse part is it was bought to cool the spare bedroom hopefully it works for at least one night and we can figure something else out.
