Takii Umami Powder, 3.5 oz. Savory Mushroom Seasoning, Add Instant Flavor and Depth

I had never tried Umami Powder before but a recipe called for it. I love Shitaki mushrooms and that is what this is ground down and turned into powder. I love it am a new customer and will try it in other recipes whether it calls for it or not!

I saw a lot of people chatting about this product on recipe sites. It is dried shittake mushrooms and has the best flavor in powder form, like a spice.

This can be added to any soup to give it that extra flavor or add it to your cup of bone broth for a little bit of extra punch or put it in your water when cooking rice.

tastes good and easy to sprinkle on food. However, I wish I had known where the product came from, did it come directly from the manufacturer, from Walmart, or from another place.

Great seasoning for any dish! But remember that it also takes the place of salt!
