A good product for baking pies

Works great for me. I have arthritic hands and sometimes they don't work that well and this little gadget made it a lot easier less work.

This Talisman Designs Pie Top Cutter, 10” is not easy to use being it cuts only half the crust at a time. By the time you pick out the dough from small areas on the first half your dough is getting soft and not easy to pick up to put on top of your pie. Will be giving it away as not going through that hassle again. It is a pretty design and made from good solid material.

I was surprised to only receive half a circle as I apparently didn't read well enough. I found it tedious to get all the little pieces out of the negative space and tricky to line up. As long as you are aware of these issues it does make for a pretty design, even though it is definitely overpriced.
